SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be shipped within 3 - 7 days, depending on availability. We produce small batches, we kindly ask for your patience.

For orders within the United States, shipping is free, we offer fixed shipping costs for international orders:

Canada: $25 or Free on orders over $200 USD

Everywhere else: $49 or Free on orders over $400 USD

For international orders, please keep in mind that any custom fees or foreign duties collected by your local authorities should be covered by the recipient, please be aware that any delay in this process is out of our control. If you need more information on this, please contact your local customs agency.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are aware that purchasing footwear online sometimes can be a bit of a challenge, we'll constantly upgrade all relevant info available in our site to make this experience smoother for you, but if you have any doubts, questions or suggestions on this matter, please get in touch and, we're happy to help.
If for some reason you wish to return or exchange your Teko shoes, you can do it within 2 weeks after receiving them. Please be sure all returned items are in like new, unaltered condition as received, we suggest to try them on first on a carpet or clean surface to prevent any signs of wear or use. Unfortunately we can not accept any goods for exchange or returns if they are not in a re-saleable condition, this requirement is very important for your return / exchange to be accepted.

Warranty
We handcraft our own shoes, we take pride in the quality of our work and we stand behind it with confidence. Our 1 year warranty ensures that if your shoes show any defect or damage as a result of normal wear, we'll either replace or repair them at no cost to you. Please note that our warranty can't cover damages on the shoes from intense and extreme conditions.
